Language

A doctor is available on call (24 hours) for hotel guests. There are also two nearby hospitals. Klinik Mediviron is a 5-minunte walk away and General Hospital is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Banking

Maybank is located at the basement level of Petronas Twin Towers., adjacent to the hotel. Additional ATMS are available on the Concourse level of Ramlee Mall in Suria KLCC.

Tips on Tipping

Tipping is not usually practiced in Malaysia, although a 10% service charge is common at many large restaurants and hotels and will be included in the bill.
